Can be used to add designs to a range of fabrics that glow brightly under UV lighting and Blacklights!
The premium quality 3D Paint formula results in a soft flexible surface that is fixed and waterproof once dried

Instructions: Pre-wash garment with no fabric softener. Squeeze bottle whilst holding tip to surface. Let dry for 24 hours. Can be washed after 72 hours (turn fabric inside out).
Perfect for fancy dress, festivals, concerts, Halloween, carnivals, etc.
