A pure essential oil blend of: Eucalyptus, Benzoin, Lemon, Peppermint, Thyme Wild, Pine Needle. 

A fresh, clean blend of pure essential oils. The aroma will help give you to clear your head. Perfect for colds, nasal congestion and headaches.

Use 10-15 drops in one of deep dish ceramic burners, Aromastone or Aroma Humidifier to create an wonderfully relaxing environment.

Add approximately 4 drops to a bowl of near boiling water, lean over the bowl with your eyes closed, cover you head with a towel and breathe deeply for 4-5 minutes. Also, you could put a couple of drops on a handkerchief and place by the bed while you sleep or add a couple of drops to a fragrance free cream or oil and apply as a chest rub.

Can also be used in a warm bath by adding couple of drops.
